“TRUE! – nervous – very, very dreadfully nervous I had been and am; but why will you say that I am mad? The disease had sharpened my senses – not destroyed – not dulled them. Above all was the sense of hearing acute. I heard all things in the heaven and in the earth. I heard many things in hell. How, then, am I mad? Hearken! and observe how healthily – how calmly I can tell you the whole story.”

A Tell-Tale Heart is the theme of the February round for Mieville Midway's Gacha Expo. It will start on February 8, 2014. On February 7, we will have an early preview day for bloggers.
For this Mieville Midway event, our theme is inspired by the famous short story, "The Tell-Tale Heart", by Edgar Allen Poe. It is a dark tale of madness and murder, set to the beating of an old man's heart.
They say that to create great works, one needs a touch of insanity. Join us to wander the streets, and see what madness has been brought before you at the Mieville Midway Gacha Expo: "A Tell-Tale Heart". New gachas, stores, and more from a selection of creative designers will all be there for you to visit and enjoy from the 8th of February until the 22nd, when all will end: "Quoth the raven, `Nevermore.'"
So come, drown in the madness, but mind where you step. You never know what might be found just below the floorboards.
Tick-tock goes the clock, and the heart's beat starts at the dock.
